Tickets, refunds, or trouble at the door

Email tickets@stubwave.com with your ticket code (the 4–16 character code under the QR) and a short description of what's wrong. If it's an active door-of-show issue, also try the venue directly. They can often fix it faster than email.

A lot of common questions are already answered on the help page and the refund policy.

Putting on a show

We're allowlist-only for organizers, small and deliberate rollout to venues and promoters we know. If you're running a show and want to sell tickets through Stubwave, email hello@stubwave.com with a quick note about the venue, expected capacity, and how often you put on shows.
